Join us for a community track meet hosted by Running for Wellness Initiative to raise awareness and funds for veterans, members of the homeless community, and senior citizens who have faced challenging life circumstances. The event will feature track races open to all participants, a Q&A session with a mental health expert, and opportunities to learn about techniques to improve mental well-being. Participants can also purchase performance apparel, with all proceeds donated to charitable organizations supporting these communities.
